DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Collingsworth, Deaf Smith, Donley, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter and Randall. * WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall from slow moving and training thunderstorms and rain showers. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.

Freezing rain is a condition where precipitation which has fallen in the form of

rain which results in a very thick glaze of ice is known as an ice storm.
